1. Introduction

Welcome to 87 Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 87 Game ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in relation to your use of the 87 Game website located at https://87game.ws and all associated services, games, and functions available through it.

87 Game is an online gaming platform operated for Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are intended for use by players located in Pakistan. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 87 Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with the 87 Game Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 87 Game.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only on 87 Game. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering on 87 Game, you are required to provide:

• A valid mobile number registered in Pakistan
• A unique password of your choosing
• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued ID
• Your date of birth

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 87 Game account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 87 Game will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact support immediately at support@87game.ws.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts and is strongly recommended. 87 Game cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

87 Game reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage. KYC may require submission of a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by 87 Game may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 87 Game are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — instant processing
• JazzCash — instant processing
• NayaPay — instant processing
• SadaPay — instant processing
• IBFT Bank Transfer — subject to bank processing times
• Visa / Mastercard — subject to card issuer processing

Deposits are credited to your 87 Game wallet immediately upon successful processing. You may only use payment methods that belong to you personally — third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. 87 Game reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment methods and to suspend accounts involved in such activity.

5. Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time from the account withdrawal page. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the player has submitted a valid change-of-method request with supporting verification documents.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 5 minutes in the majority of cases, 24/7
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 15 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–6 hours during banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from 87 Game:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Any active bonus funds must be either wagered to completion or forfeited before withdrawing. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in each bonus offer.
• Standard wagering requirements on 87 Game are set at 15× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. This is significantly lower than most international platforms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire after the validity window closes.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.

6.2 Restricted Games

7. Gaming Rules

All games on 87 Game — including Teen Patti, roulette, poker, ludo, fishing games, and sports betting — are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. These general gaming rules apply across all categories.

7.1 Bets and Wagers

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after submission except in cases of a technical error attributable to 87 Game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed before you join a table or place a bet.
• 87 Game uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party audits.
• In the event of a game disconnection after a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the server, the bet stands and will be settled according to the game outcome recorded server-side.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, 87 Game reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. This decision is final. 87 Game will not honour payouts that result from a clearly erroneous price or game malfunction.

7.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• Betting odds are subject to change before your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Events cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or abandoned may result in bets being voided and stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 87 Game. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account — duplicate accounts created by the same individual are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Using false or third-party identity information — all account information must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at any game table, including Teen Patti private rooms.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips to another player to transfer value outside the normal game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — knowingly exploiting any technical fault to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation are not payable.
• Using bots or automated software — automating play using any software, script, or tool is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering — using 87 Game to process funds of illegal origin is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Abusing bonus offers — systematic exploitation of bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other means intended to extract value without genuine play.
• Abusive behaviour towards staff or other players — harassment, threats, or offensive language directed at support staff or other players will result in account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 87 Game platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, images, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 87 Game or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on 87 Game without prior written consent. Scraping, indexing, or automated harvesting of data from the platform is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data

87 Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. 87 Game will not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Account Suspension and Closure

87 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or closure)
• Where required by law or regulatory obligation

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no breach of Terms has occurred), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds where wagering conditions have not been met will be forfeited at closure.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 87 Game reserves the right to retain balances pending investigation, and in cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, to forfeit those balances permanently.

14. Amendments to These Terms

87 Game reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, 87 Game will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via a notice on the platform's login page. However, it is your responsibility as a player to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of 87 Game following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 87 Game operates with a commitment to fair resolution of player disputes.
